They're kind of like open-faced pizza-flavored cheesy sloppy Joes baked up all toasty in the oven and they are delicious! This was my favorite school lunch back in high school!
Grind the bologna and cheese using a meat grinder.
Brown the ground beef.
In a big bowl, combine the ground bologna and cheese, the cooked ground beef, the spaghetti sauce, and all of the remaining seasonings. Stir well to combine.
Place buns open face on sheet pan. Place mixture on buns.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for around 15 minutes or until the buns are golden brown on the edges.
