Italian Sub Sandwiches

Description

These quick and easy Italian Subs are perfect for a school lunch box, a picnic, or even dinner!  Sliced pepperoni, Virginia ham, hard salami, cheese, white onion, spinach leaves, mayo and Italian Sub Dressing on a buttery toasted hoagie bun!  They are delicious!

  1. Spread butter on both sides of the hoagie buns and toast the buns, butter side down, in a cast iron pan on high heat for a couple minutes until golden brown.  Remove from pan.

  2. Spread mayo on both sides of each hoagie bun.  Sprinkle some Italian Submarine Dressing on the top buns.

  3. On the bottom buns, add 1 slice of cheese torn in half, 3 slices of pepperoni, 3 slices of ham, then 3 slices of salami.  Top with sliced onion and baby spinach leaves. Place the top bun on each.  Enjoy!
