Instructions

For the chicken wings

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F.
  2. Pat the wings dry with a paper towel.
  3. In a small bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and original seasoning or seasoned salt. Place the patted dry wings into a large bowl and add the flour mixture to the bowl. Toss the wings with the flour mixture until all wings are evenly coated.
  4. Line a sheet pan with foil and parchment paper. Place the coated wings in a single layer on the pan. Bake the wings for 25 minutes, flip, then bake for an additional 25 minutes.

For the sauce

  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter.  Once melted, turn off the heat and add the garlic, parsley, paprika, salt, Parmesan, and red pepper flakes. Stir until well combined.

  2. In a large bowl, add the crispy baked chicken wings. Pour some of the garlic Parmesan sauce over the wings and toss. Add more sauce if needed to evenly coat all the wings the way you like them. Garnish with an extra dusting of Parmesan and fresh chopped parsley.
