Buffalo Cauliflower “Wings”
A vegetarian version of Buffalo wings! Cauliflower replaces the chicken here, and after it is slathered with this flavorful batter, baked, then basted in a honey-Buffalo sauce and baked until it begins to caramelize, it takes on this amazing texture on the outside and it's hot and tender on the inside. Tame the spicy Buffalo flavor with some cool ranch dressing for dipping. These are even fantastic room temperature, making them perfect to bring to a party!
Preheat the oven to 450˚F.
In a large bowl, add the flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and milk, and stir until well-combined.
Break the head of cauliflower into bite-sized florets. Add the cauliflower to the batter, making sure each piece is evenly coated. Arrange the coated cauliflower on a lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway.
In a small bowl, add the hot sauce, oil, and honey and stir until evenly combined. Brush the buffalo sauce mixture onto the cauliflower and bake for another 20 minutes.
Remove from pan and arrange on platter. Serve with ranch dressing on the side for dipping.
