Buffalo Chicken Dip

The perfect dip to bring to watch the game or to any party or picnic! Delicious shredded Buffalo chicken mixed with garlicky cream cheese, cheddar cheese and green onions, baked until hot and bubbly and so delicious! Serve with celery sticks or tortilla chips!



  1. Preheat the oven to 350˚F. 

  2. Cut the chicken into pieces and remove the skin from each piece.  Remove the meat and shred up with a fork.  

  3. Place the shredded chicken into a large bowl.  

  4. In a saucepan on low heat, add the hot sauce and butter and stir once the butter is melted.  Pour the buffalo sauce over the chicken in the bowl.  

  5. Finely chop one of the green onions and add to the bowl.  

  6. In a small bowl, add the cream cheese and garlic powder.  Warm the cream cheese up in the microwave for about 30 seconds just to soften, then add to the bowl.  

  7. Add 3/4 cup of the cheddar cheese to the bowl.  Stir everything together until combined. 

  8. Transfer the mixture to an oven-safe shallow dish and top with the rest of the cheddar cheese.  Finely dice the other green onion and sprinkle it over the top.

  9. Place into a 350 degree Fahrenheit oven until hot and bubbly.  

  10. Serve with celery sticks and/or tortilla chips.
