Sesame Steak Skewers
Description
This is my take on the popular tapas offering at Palette 22 in Arlington, VA - a beautiful tapas restaurant and this is their Sesame Steak Skewers. Marinated ribeye steak chunks, skewered and cooked over high heat until slightly charred and to your desired doneness, then topped with a drizzle of sesame ginger garlic aioli and sprinkled with toasted sesame seeds and green onion. They are so delicious, bursting with umami and you will want to eat them up until they're gone!
