Mediterranean Puff Pastry Pinwheels
Description
A tantalizing blend of Mediterranean flavors wrapped in golden layers of puff pastry. Olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and feta cheese come together in a harmonious dance, offering a taste of the Mediterranean right in the palm of your hand.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and line two baking sheets with either parchment paper or silicone baking mats.Â

Add the softened cream cheese to a large bowl with the spinach, artichoke hearts, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix until combined thoroughly.Â

Layout both sheets of puff pastry on a floured cutting board and spread with the cream cheese spinach mixture (leaving a 1 inch boarder all the way around each sheet of pastry.Â

Layer all other toppings (feta cheese, olives, red peppers, shredded gouda cheese) on top of the cream cheese spinach mixture. Roll both sheets up tightly into logs.

Cut the "ugly" ends off both of the logs, then slice each log into 1 inch thick slices and place the pinwheels 1 inch apart on the prepared baking sheets.

Bake for 18 - 25 minutes, or until golden brown. Serve warm or they are just as good room temperature!Â
