Low Carb Chicken Crust Pizza

  1. Preheat oven to 475° F.

  2. Drain the canned chicken, then dump the drained chicken onto a couple paper towels and squeeze out the remaining liquid from the chicken.  Add that chicken to a large bowl.

  3. To that chicken, add the Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Using your hands, mix the ingredients together until well combined. 

  4. Line a sheet pan or pizza pan with parchment paper and turn the chicken mixture out onto the parchment paper. 

  5. Press the chicken mixture into a thin pizza crust.  

  6. Bake the crust at 475° F for 15 minutes. The edges and top of the crust should be beginning to brown.

For the toppings

  1. Remove the crust from the oven and top with sauce, cheese, and any other toppings you would like.  

  2. Bake the pizza for 5-10 minutes or until the toppings are cooked the way you like.  

  3. Let the pizza cool for about 10 minutes before cutting and enjoying - this crust holds onto a LOT of heat when it first comes out of the oven.  Enjoy!
