Description

Grill this amazing marinated carne asada steak on a screaming hot grill and remember to use your meat thermometer so you don't overcook it! You won't believe how delicious this is! Insanely good and melts in your mouth!!! Perfect for tacos or on top of a salad.

  1. Remove the fat (most of it, but not all) from the skirt steak and discard. Cut the skirt steak into manageable pieces for grilling. Mix all the marinade ingredients together and marinate the steak in the mixture for up to 4 hours. Grill the marinaded steak on a HOT grill until medium-rare (internal temperature of 135 degrees Fahrenheit) Cut your vegetables into large pieces and coat with olive oil, salt and pepper. Grill on a hot grill until you see grill marks and a good golden brown color. Let the steak rest for about 15 minutes, then slice into strips across the grain of the meat. Serve the steak in tacos, burritos, in a rice bowl, over a salad, etc. Enjoy!
