As seen in Juicy Joe’s video: Chicken Parmesan, this is the kitchen torch I use in the Tara the Foodie test kitchen. It’s so easy and safe to use for things like Creme Brule, French Onion Soup, or melting some cheese on a dish like Juicy Joe’s Chicken Parmesan. It’s a great tool to have in your kitchen toolbelt!
