Ingredients
Instructions
-
Heat your oil to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.Â
-
In the meantime, place a little of each leftover ingredient into the center of the egg roll wrapper, with one of the points of the wrapper facing you. Make sure to leave enough room all around the wrapper to be able to enclose the filling and wrap it up.Â
-
Dip your finger into some water and moisten the edges all the way around the wrapper. Â
-
Fold the pointed part of the wrapper closest to you over the filling, then fold in both the left and the right points over the filling. Finally, wrap the egg roll the rest of the way forward until completely wrapped. Place aside on a tray and wrap the rest of your egg rolls.
-
Fry the egg rolls in the oil, turning often, until fried to a golden brown. Remove from the oil and drain on a wire rack. Serve with a side of your leftover cranberry sauce for dipping.Â
