Whether you're hosting a game night, movie marathon, or any celebration, my Tabletop Party Nachos are sure to be a crowd-pleaser. Piled high on your tabletop or countertop with seasoned ground beef, melted cheese, tomatoes, green onions, and pickled jalapenos. Serve alongside bowls of sour cream and homemade guacamole. They're "nacho" average nachos – they're a flavor explosion!
In a pan over high heat, add a bit of olive oil, then the ground beef and cook until almost browned. Remove the extra fat you don't want with a turkey baster.
Add the amount of taco seasoning you want to the ground beef and stir to combine and cook a bit longer, then turn off the heat and set aside for later.
Dice up your green onions and tomatoes.
To assemble, put down some parchment paper on top of your chosen tabletop or countertop. Spread out the tortilla chips of your choice. Heat up your seasoned beef, then scatter it all over your chips. Top the beefy chips with shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, green onions, and pickled jalapenos.
Serve a bowl of sour cream and a bowl of your homemade guacamole on the side.
Add all ingredients to a small bowl and mix.
Scoop out the avocado flesh from each avocado and add to a medium bowl. Add your tomato, onion, cilantro, salt, and lime juice and mash up until combined.
Preheat your oven to 425° Fahrenheit.
Cut your low carb flour tortillas into triangles and place onto two lined sheet pans.
Drizzle the tortillas with olive oil and sprinkle them with finely ground sea salt.
Bake for 6-8 minutes or until light golden brown.
