In a food processor, add the salmon, green onion, red pepper, jalapeno, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and process into a paste. Transfer to a large bowl and add mayo, sriracha and bread crumbs. Mix thoroughly to combine and divide mixture into four portions. Form into patties and set aside. Heat olive oil in pan for a few minutes until nice and hot. Fry salmon burgers 3-5 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Remove from pan and serve on toasted brioche bun with spring mix greens and a healthy scoop of spicy ranch sauce. Enjoy!
