Instructions
-
Preheat oven to 475° F.
-
Drain the canned chicken, then dump the drained chicken onto a couple paper towels and squeeze out the remaining liquid from the chicken. Add that chicken to a large bowl.
-
To that chicken, add the Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Using your hands, mix the ingredients together until well combined.Â
-
Line a sheet pan or pizza pan with parchment paper and turn the chicken mixture out onto the parchment paper.Â
-
Press the chicken mixture into a thin pizza crust. Â
-
Bake the crust at 475° F for 15 minutes. The edges and top of the crust should be beginning to brown.
For the toppings
-
Remove the crust from the oven and top with sauce, cheese, and any other toppings you would like. Â
-
Bake the pizza for 5-10 minutes or until the toppings are cooked the way you like. Â
-
Let the pizza cool for about 10 minutes before cutting and enjoying - this crust holds onto a LOT of heat when it first comes out of the oven. Enjoy!
