Preheat your oven to 425° F

Cut each French bread in half length-wise. Brush or spray olive oil on each bread half.

Lightly sprinkle garlic salt onto each oiled bread half, then pop the bread halves onto a couple sheet pans and into the oven and bake for 5 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine all the pizza sauce ingredients into a sauce pan over medium heat and stir to combine. Once the sauce is warmed up, it's done!

Remove the prepared French bread halves from the oven and add about a ladle full of sauce to each one, spreading it out all over the bread. Add mozzarella cheese to each and any additional pizza toppings of your choice. I suggest topping each pizza off with a healthy sprinkle of finely grated Parmesan cheese.

Return the French bread pizzas to the oven and bake for about 13 minutes, or until the tops of the pizzas are just a light golden brown.

Remove the pizzas from the oven, cut each pizza into fours, and enjoy!
