Juicy mushrooms stuffed with a creamy, cheesy crab mixture and topped with a buttery, crunchy herbed breadcrumb crust.
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
Prep your mushrooms by wiping mushrooms with a damp paper towel to remove any debris. Remove the stems from the mushroom caps.
In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except for the topping ingredients.
Fill each mushroom cap generously with the filling. Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over mushrooms.
Bake 20 minutes or until cooked through and tops are golden brown.
