BBQ Chicken Pizza | RECIPE
A sweet and spicy BBQ Chicken Pizza with a zesty ranch drizzle!
For the pizza dough:
For the Ranch Drizzle:
Preheat oven to 450 degrees fahrenheit. Once the dough has risen, separate into two portions and spread each portion of dough onto two sheet pans. Make sure you either use silpat silicone liners on the sheet pans or lightly grease them. Top the dough with enough BBQ sauce to cover the dough. Using a brush, paint the BBQ sauce all over the dough. Top with the mozzarella and Mexican blend cheeses. Then top with the chicken, bacon, red onion, and jalapeno peppers. Squeeze some BBQ sauce into a ziplock bag, close, squeezing the air out, then snipping off on of the corners to make create a piping bag and use it to drizzle the BBQ sauce in a zig-zag pattern all over the pizza. Bake in a 450 degree oven for about 15 minutes or until the edges of the dough are golden brown and the cheese is bubbling. Drizzle the ranch dressing all over the pizza just like you did with the BBQ sauce earlier and sprinkle with chopped cilantro. Cut the pizza into squares and enjoy!
